All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

We will do everything we can to assist you in locating your package if it has not arrived on time. Once your order has shipped, Belong can no longer be held liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your carrier service for further assistance.

All items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@belongshop.com so we can assist you.

Online orders can be picked up at either of our locations. Please be sure to select "Pickup in store" prior to checkout. Pickup orders will be ready in 24-48 hours and are available during current open hours.

If your order is available at only one of our two locations and you'd like to choose the alternate location, please email us directly before placing your order.
